Materials
Yarn: Flecks by Loops & Threads in the colors: Berry Pink, Sweet Orange, Sunshine, Spring Green, Pool Blue and Violet. This yarn is size 4 (medium) and 79% acrylic and 21% polyester. A skein is 355 yds / 324 m and 6.53 oz / 185 g.
I used approx. 42 yds of each color (approx. 252 yds in total) for the large size – slightly less for the small size.
You can substitute with any size 4 yarn (note that if you substitute, the exact size and amount of yarn required may be different).
Crochet Hook Size: H/8 (5.00 mm).
Other Materials: scissors, yarn needle and a measuring tape.

The Greene Pom Pom Scarf
I have been working on fall/winter items for my kids lately. I came up with this scarf (there’s a matching hat coming soon too!). I love the color block look. I showed my daughter yarn and asked her to pick out 2 colors and then I added the cream. I used Cascade Yarns Pacific here. I am loving this yarn lately. I have used it to make hats, blankets, amigurumi, you name it…it is quickly becoming one of my go to yarns.
Materials needed:
• U.S. I/9- 5.5 MM crochet hook
• Cascade Yarns Pacific in 3 colors- used here: 37 Clover, 52 Geranium, 01 Cream (you can easily substitute any other yarn, your finished size may change though)

o join the Curly Shirley family – cardi and beanie – I’ve created a scarf with the increasingly iconic ringlet curls at the end.
The scarf is relatively short, but has a hole near one end to slip the other end through, doing away with the need for length to wrap around.

A Child’s Scarf: Crochet Pattern
Two weeks ago, Rowan decided he wanted a scarf.
Not one of the multiple scarves already in our cold weather gear collection. A new scarf. All his own. Made, just for him, by me. (Yes, he knows what a sucker I am for a new crocheting project, even if I have umpteen unfinished projects just sitting around).
Use an N hook and bulky yarn. Overall finished size is approx 4″wide x 30″long and fits toddler – small child
